What resolution does my print have?
Resolution: 338.7 ppi
How it works
An inch is exactly 25.4 mm and a point is 1/72 of an inch: with these two values millimetres, centimetres, inches and points convert exactly into each other; results are shown rounded.
Pixels have no physical size of their own. The resolution (ppi, pixels per inch) says how many pixels fit in an inch: pixels = inches × ppi. The same file therefore has different print sizes at different resolutions.
Whole pixels are rounded; the exact value is shown next to them. Which resolution a print needs depends on the printer and the printing process: ask them.
